After a Reiki session with Sarah I felt very relaxed and a sciatic pain I'd had for over a week disappeared. I'd not expected such an immediate benefit nor that it would last for several weeks but it did. Moreover my normal tendency to run on adrenalin is still absent over 3 weeks later. For me it was a very positive experience and one I will be repeating.
