What is distance Reiki?

Distance Reiki is a form of Reiki healing where energy is sent to a recipient, who is not physically present. Unlike traditional Reiki which involves hands-on healing, distance Reiki uses visualisations and symbols to bridge the physical distance between myself, the practitioner and you, or your horse.

Benefits are widely reported as being the same as in-person Reiki treatments.

How it works

  • Your session will begin at a set time and it is suggested that you take this time to find a quiet space to relax while I connect with you remotely.

  • Holding a picture or a physical ideal, and healing crystals, will request to connect with you.​

  • You should feel the transfer of energy as the session develops and a feeling of relaxation afterwards.
